I have used him for a variety of handyman services including plumbing, interior and exterior painting, and general repairs,  Over the past several years he has installed toilets, replaced faucets, repaired leaks, painted the exterior of my house twice as well as most of the interior, repaired the exterior sill plate, installed linoleum, and sanded a wood floor.He is willing to tackle every job and is very dependable. "Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

I am a self-taught artist, initially drawn to experiment with pastels and colored pencil, and now working with acrylic on canvas. My art speaks for itself.

"The husband and wife team drove over 2 1/2 hours to accommodate my needs with only a few days notice. We agreed in advance that I would pay an hourly rate for their travel time. They cleaned exactly as agreed, using mostly products that I had already, and they provided whatever they needed that I did not already have (such as leather cleaner). They worked h****** my very large home (three finished stories, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths) and completed the job in six hours - including windows! They were very careful with my property and showed respect for my older home. They were professional, but not to the point of wearing uniforms, which I don't find necessary, but that is the only reason I did not give them the highest rating for professionalism. I would recommend matching polo shirts or printed tshirts with their logo on it to improve their professional image. The price was at the top of the range in my opinion, so for that price I would expect not to have found a few spider webs that were missed in the living areas and dusty window blinds. But in their defense, they did tell me that they could have spent another whole day in my home doing detail work and I agree that my house has that much detail - it is a house built in the 1920's with lots of woodwork and mouldings throughout. Other than that, they did do a great job and I felt everything was very clean when they finished. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
