Mike converted a basement bed room and entry into a granny flat for my elderly Mom. He removed walls added walls replaced an outer French door the finished with painting and carpeting. Plumbing. Electrical and carpentry required. Installed a washer dryer combo and a new garbage disposal in the mini kitchenette. 2nd project was removing dry rot lower 3 panels of siding then sand and stain the decks. Mike is pleasant and communicates well. We appreciate all the hard work he did for us. Above and beyond with reasonable pricing!"

We have a $45 per hour and a 3 hour minimum for basic tasks. This excludes electrical-design-finish carpentry. These tasks would require a bid. Cost will vary according to size and scope.
