"We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. We are very pleased with their work and will call them the next time we have a plumbing problem."

"We had several plumbers come and look at a leaking pipe. They either tried to up charge or said we needed our tub ripped out. The two gentleman from Boss knew exactly what they were doing. They replaced the pipe at an affordable cost and did it immediately. I plan on using them in the near future and referring them to other people."

"Easy and good service I will recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting work done."

"Nick was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. My sump pump was making a loud noise, and instead of recommending an expensive replacement, he cleaned the pump, removed years of mud and debris, re-centered it, and got it working again. He also explained how my primary pump and water-powered backup system work and only recommended what was truly needed. I really appreciated his integrity and would definitely recommend him."

"They are very professional and understanding of my financial situation. Worked on a reasonable price for me in which the other company's didn't want too. Cleared my main line and everything is draining with no problem."

"They replaced a section of cast iron drain pipe that was leaking. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Would call them again."

"Matt Crandall provided exceptional service from the 1st call to the installation of the water heater and boiler that was able to install the following day. When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did. After dealing with the first contractor, I only wish he was my first call and not the second."

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"We had a clogged sewer line... They came and evaluated it... Determine that we have to replace the line because it was broken... Everything went smooth as could be start to finish"

"Understood the situation. Fair price, on time repair....Office staff handled the job quickly.and was very helpful"
