This included: removing a large number of tree roots; bringing in topsoil; grading the yard; installing sod. In addition, they put in a "dry river" bed, which not only looks fantastic, but also took care of a flooding problem. They also re-worked all flower beds (back & front yard) and installed used brick borders around the beds. Mr. Miller's crew (Michael, John, Leroy, Eric, Billy, LeMarcus) were very professional and courteous. It was obvious that they took pride in their work. The finished project resulted in a very beautiful and functional yard. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. "After using Green Carolina to successfully rectify a long standing  irrigation problem, (see previous review), I asked for a quote on hardscaping a patio and fire pit off of our pool area. It included outdoor lighting, irrigation changes and landscaping around the area. <br /> Mike and Trent worked with us  on a design  that gave us adequate room, a nice view of the marsh and a price that we could live with.  The price was far below what  had been estimated by a previous contractor a year before.  To be fair we scaled back some of the features, but Mike work with us on making it all work within an allocated budget.  In the end, we felt that  we did not give up that much in function. <br /> They met all of their time commitments and even worked extra hard to have the area presentable for a party that we had had scheduled before the project was started.. <br /> The management takes great pride in their work and their employees are courteous and hardworking (it was unusually hot).  We had no concerns about having them on the property while we left for a few days. <br /> I would highly recommend Green Carolina for any landscaping or hardscaping assignment."
