"Look no further! Our kitchen remodel was top to bottom and even included tear-out of ceiling soffits. From the start: Pricing was competitive with an easy to understand estimate. Classic or trendy, Kristeen teaches at a local college and knows what’s out there and what we could expect. Communication was easy and prompt. Everyone was GREAT to work with and the job was completed ON TIME. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Over a year after we were done our “Smart” faucet motor went out. At no charge, father and son came out and switched it out for us. We have done our share of remodeling and wish we had found them sooner. I LOVE my kitchen!"

"I thought about an addition for several years; then interviewed and received bids from about 6 companies. I wanted a workroom with: * built-in storage cabinets and desk * space for the washer, dryer, freezer, and sauna. * ample space for my projects JB Construction’s bid was reasonable and fair. Joe is professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He finds and hires quality subcontractors, and I am impressed with the work that was completed on my addition. He is hands-on, was involved in the process, and checked in often as the work progressed. He actually did quite a bit of the work himself. I really appreciated how Joe suggested improvements that I never would have thought of. These included enlarging the space from 280 to 320 sq ft, adding a sun tunnel when the skylight wouldn’t work with the roof line, a built-in cabinet where a window was removed, an exterior electrical outlet, and an overhead light in the corner cupboard. Joe was able to salvage and reuse the old brick on the front of the addition. This, along with the two original windows integrated the addition seamlessly with the rest of the house. It was done so perfectly; neighbors have asked where the addition was built. I’m extremely picky and am thrilled with my new addition. It’s lovely, functional, and my preferred room in my house. Joe has a lot of repeat customer jobs and I can see why. This was a great experience and I’m glad I went with him. I plan to use JB Construction for future projects and recommend him to everyone I know."

"Mr. Jose Barnica and his team were very personable and considerate to me in the renovation of my bedroom that got destroyed when the ceiling collapsed on July 28, 2025. Jose and his team explained the renovation process from start to finish and worked with my vision of how I wanted my room to look. They were very respectful of my brother and I and would let know when they were leaving for the day. If there was a situation that occurred they would always inform of any changes that would need to be done before administering them. They were considerate and careful with their equipment whenever they had to enter and leave my home. Anytime I had any questions about anything in the room, they would always explain they entire process and that always kept my mind at ease. After discussing the job and getting the bid assigning the contracts, everything moved flawlessly, Dean’s tile man is meticulous and so professional about what his work looks like I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the job especially when they started it one day and I left town with my wife the next day we settled up before I left on the bill and Dean sent me pictures of the finished product the following day my kitchen looks amazing the backsplash and the accent work down on my half wall turned out better than my wife could’ve ever expected. You know when you’re a DYII guy and you look at a job and you go. This looks like too much and you hire the professional I’m a DY guy, but I hired a professional so so happy I did. "The original reason I chose Average Joe's was the consultation and estimate process. Everything was covered so thoroughly, the process from beginning to end, even things we didn't think of asking. Our deck turned out so well and we love it! We get compliments on it all the time and we're happy we chose a composite replacement. A special "thank you" to Adrian who fixed a piece of our siding - it was hidden by the old deck, but it had come loose and he fixed it before I could even ask him the following morning. And to Christian, who put our patio umbrella back on the deck - I have a bad lower back, so his help was so appreciated!! It's the little things like this that are the reasons I will definitely be using them again for other projects."
