"Gianni and the Balboa team did an excellent job on our wood rot and painting project for our home. When I had a question about the project, Gianni stopped by to discuss it. He was very accessible. The scope of the project changed a little and he even decreased our agreed upon price. Not many contractors would do that on a project. We are extremely happy with the results and our house looks amazing now. I highly recommend!"
