Jason even agreed to come a little outside of their normal service area to respond to my request for a careful inspection and minor repairs where slate tiles were either missing or slightly out of place. And after the inspection and repairs were done, he provided a written report with photos on the condition of our roof (which is excellent), and what we will need to do in the future to maintain its good condition. "The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"We had Power do our Roof and Gutters on our 120 year old home. This is our first big project on our new house and Power made the experience great. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions. I had multiple project managers but I did get all my questions answered when I called. We would definitely recommend them to anyone."
