It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. "Newton Roofing responded quickly to my general roof repair request. Rich Mello came out and assessed the situation and suggested both a roof patch repair and/or a partial roof replacement. He was informative and helpful. Not a hard sell at all. Quickly emailed an estimate for both jobs. I thought the price was good on both. I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. Everything was done as expected and I am very happy with my new roofs, I can now proceed to remodel the back porch."

"Craig was great. He gave a timely and detailed estimate with a couple of options, which was helpful. When I was ready to schedule the work he spent time talking to me and recalculating the estimate based on my final needs. He and his team came to house and did an amazing job putting up gutters around the house and installing all new downspouts while I was at work. It's been amazing to no longer see water pouring off of the roof over the doorways! The only slight is the use of an answering service and having to wait for a callback, but Craig was usually very good about calling back within 24 hours which was fine for me."

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."
