Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! "After the last snow storms, some of the gutters in my home suffered under the weight on the  snow.  Additionally, I was getting water inside my mudroom (which till them, I had tried many ways to find out where it was coming from).  Mr. Benson arrived to work and finished in one day.   It was involved since he had to take off the mud room gutters in order to replace some siding (which finally stopped the leak!!).  The gutters were repaired and sealed and I was a very happy customer.  I need to state that Mr. Benson does is kind, to-the-point and the quality of his work is outstanding....and that is why I have him on my list to re-hire."

"In 2007 Thermal Quality Window and Door installed 9 replacement windows in my house.  Over the weekend the mechanism that keeps the window open on my bathroom window failed.  On Monday I spoke with Karen who ordered the necessary parts for the repair.  On Tuesday Mitch called to tell me the parts were in and to set up a time for the repair.  He was available the next day!  Wednesday (today), Mitch was out bright and early to repair my window.  30 minutes later, the window was repaired.
