He also followed us to our new home in a different county and did timely repairs and topped our stone chimney and acid washed the stone fireplace inside. "Went very well.  I was concerned when he had to open a wall in living room for the duct work, but he assured me that when he was done, I wouldn't know he did any work there, and he was absolutely right. Wall looks the same as it did before, you can't tell it had two big holes in it.  Love my new bathroom.  After tearing out the fiberglass tub surround, he had to fix the wall and then waterproofed everything.  Chris did a great job on the tile, looks wonderful.
