Fran, the owner, was our salesman.  He was very personable and great to deal with.  He measured the windows, gave us an estimate and explained the product but there was never any pressure to purchase. It was like was like inviting a family friend who happened to sell windows, he answered all our questions.  After researching and getting a few estimate from other companies we decided that Fran & Thermal Quality Windows was our choice.  We called him up and few days later we signed an agreement.  The windows were installed 10 weeks later. 

Our installers, Dan, Mark and the rest of the crew was great.  They arrived abut 9:45 am both days and finished around 3pm.  I mostly dealt with Dan but I felt comfortable speaking to anyone in the crew...they were all very polite and professional, answering any questions or concerns I had.  They finished the job yesterday and they look great...we have noticed a deference in comfort and noise reduction.  

Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the whole process from the sale thru the installation...couldn't be happier and when we get new siding I will definitely call Fran and his team.
