"Our builder's grade, 8 year-old fence finally blew down in a storm. The posts were rotted. Silver Leaf put up our new fence. They were awesome to deal with from start to finish. In four days, they took down our old fence and disposed of all the boards. Theydug 18" hole for the new metal posts (no small feat since we have a very rocky backyard). They were very polite and communicative, and talked to us before and each step of the way. When my husband asked for some minor changes, they listened and accommodated us. They showed up on time each morning and left the yard looking neat each evening. We were very pleased with the whole process and the outcome."

The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. "Danny and his crew of two painted the ceiling and walls of living, dining, hall, powder room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and bath, office, all closets, and laundry. The job took about a week before I moved in, with an additional half day to paint some areas left over and do a bit of touch up a couple of days after I moved in. Danny is personable, professional and conscientious about the costs involved in the contract. On his advice we used a lower cost Sherwin Williams paint in the colors selected on the ceilings and saved money. Also, Danny and his crew had to work around other workmen in the house since tile and floor repair had to be scheduled and rescheduled during their job and did so without complaint and in good humor and understanding."

"I purchased a "half-day" coupon on Angie's List for $279 and had a list of 5 repair jobs that I figured would take about that long to complete which would make the price worthwhile.  The young repairman who came out (sorry I can't remember his name) did a great job of repairing my front door latch & loose strike plate, and repairing two loose outlets set in the wood siding of my kitchen island.  However, though he tried, he wasn't able to repair my patio umbrella, and said the ceiling fan's noise was an indication that it needed to be replaced rather than repaired.  As a result of only two items actually being repaired, I felt I'd overpaid since I didn't end up needing anyone for a "half day" after all.  That wasn't the fault of the repairman, who was very nice, but I will think twice about buying such an offer again.  It may be better to hire by the job or by the hour.
