"Highly recommend Sean! He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired 2 leaking walls in my poured concrete foundation. I had tried several times with various products and the water just kept finding its way in. So frustrating! Even had another company come that said I needed the floor cut and a drain installed. They wanted almost $6000! Sean fixed the issue in a few hours. Left the place spotless and the basement is now totally bone dry. Also guarantees his work and offered to return at no charge if the issue returned."

"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. "The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
