"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "3.5 years after Proven replaced our roof and gutters I reached out to them needing more gutter downspouts. i wanted to redo how the downspouts entered the underground drain pipes and need longer downspout pieces. Jenn and Dave engaged in my project, worked to understand what I needed and then dropped off two 10ft downspouts free of charge. i would have paid if they asked but they didn't! 100% A+ thanks Jenn, thanks Dave and team!!"
