"This contractor did a great job and got it done in one day. However, the person who came to do the work on my home did not come to my door to introduce himself, he just came and started working on my home. He worked from 2pm to 9:30 pm, with a break in between to go to Home Depot to grab more supplies to finish the job. He didn?t even tell me that he was finished either. Then there was a bit of communication breakdown between the owner and I when it came to payment, I thought I would be able to pay him with my debit card but at the time of payment, he informed me that there would be an extra 3.5% surcharge added because of the app he had to use to process my payment, which would have blown my budget. So I had to go to the bank and take out cash. Overall, the work was excellent, but I wish there was a bit more on the customer service side of the equation."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Red Banks, MS

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
