He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet!"

He came on time, gave a free estimate, started working right away, worked for 5+ hours to fix our problems, cleaned up after himself, called to give me updates and called to let me know the job was finished. I would highly recommend using him for your plumbing needs."

Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.
