"Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. Part of my enclosed porch (leaked for years) actually fell in when they started to work on it. They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed. The crew working on my project were very professional, safety rules followed and hard workers. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
