"Isaac Messer responded quickly to our request for repairs to our clay tile roof. He evaluated the repairs & followed up again to ascertain the repairs with his crew. We agreed on a price, signed a contract & he accepted a deposit on a credit card to which the balance was also charged on completion. Everything was handled professionally They repairs were done much quicker as he had a crew of 7 workers taking care of different parts of the repairs. We've not had any leaks from the roof repairs, so hopefully they will hold up for the future. We are very pleased to have this project completed and look forward to tackling more in the future with Isaac Messer. Working with him was easy. He is pleasant, professional & thorough. "Three days after presenting me a quote they started work. In my experience that’s unheard of. A 1 Renovation replaced the screen on a screened in porch and they did an excellent job. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
