"Access did an excellent, professional job. We chose Access because, even though they cost a bit more than other estimates we obtained, they acted as something close to general contractors. They took care of obtaining and scheduling electricians and plumbers, for example. Their knowledge of the type of work that we needed and the nature of our problem was impressive, and the owner was willing to spend the time to carefully explain the problem and the proposed cure. We had a water remediation system installed with a pump and marine battery backup. The work crew was totally professional. They knew exactly what to do and explained what they were doing. The interruption of our household was kept to a minimum. The job was begun and completed on time. This was an impressive company who was worth every penny that we paid.
