"The first problem was they had to reschedule my appointment twice and it was up to me to contact them when they didn’t inform me of the delays. Then when they finally showed up their employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. And the. After they left I discovered massive damage they did to the ceiling in my garage when accessing the attic. Now after trying numerous times to get some compensation for the damages they are giving me the complete runaround. The manager I was told to email wasn’t even in the office. Then the next day when I finally spoke to her she said she had to talk to the owner and call me back. She promised a call back by noon. I called around 1:30pm and was told she was at lunch. I called back around 3:30pm and was told not only had she left for the day but she was on vacation next week. RIP OFF ARTISTS! Do not ever use them."

There was no goofing off, stretching the project longer than it needed to go, or getting to points in the project where they lost their way. From start to finish, it was an upscale production! "Ellis was very good to work with from quoting through project finish. He was knowledgeable about key roofing details and provided valuable explanations and advice. Originally, I had him quote only the roof and skylight and then later added the gutters. The addition was handled so smoothly it was like I had asked for them in the first place. I understood at the beginning of the project the skylight install would be the rough in with no sheetrock/drywall work included and accepted it that way. At the time, I didn't realize this meant they would not cut the existing sheetrock in the ceiling to expose the skylight to the room below and that was the only minor disappointment that was quickly resolved with a pruning saw on a pole. There was a misunderstanding between the crew and myself on the position of the skylight (my fault) and we discovered it halfway into the install. The crew stopped and took the time to let me better explain and then promptly and courteously made the correction. Very good experience in every aspect."

"The tech came saw and fixed the issue with the capacitor. He tried to upsell the Freon re-charge but when we saw the Angie's list rate he was not happy and added small amount of Freon. These are typical tricks of the trade and overall he did fix the problem for us and for that I would hire them again."
