"The contractor worked with us submitting various designs until we had one that fit our budget and final goal.  During the remodel process, we wanted additional things done. These were additionally priced.  He worked with us to get them all done. He used sub-contractors that he used before and recommended all of them. We felt that some of them were a little sloppy although their work was adequate, particularly the dry wall mud and texture sub-contractor. Ultimately the sloppiness was cleaned up by them.  During the process, neighboring carpet was permanently stained.  The contractor replaced this with a comparable carpet at no cost. All other punch list items were addressed and were fixed or replaced. Both the owner Gary and his son David are hands-on and very easy to work with.   <br /> We recommended Trend Builders for your remodeling job. <br />"

"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "
