The crew arrived on time on 8/15 and the job was completed 8/16 before noon. The workmanship is impeccable. All five project parts meet, or exceeded expectations. The pad and walkway were artfully installed. The stepping stones were matched to complement my travertine patio and were less expensive than the stone that I was targeting. The crew was friendly, and cleaned up when the project was complete. My curb appeal has improved dramatically with the work performed. What I really appreciated was that there was zero miscommunication. Everything that I scoped for this project was done exactly as we discussed. Very refreshing based on some of the other reviews that I read. I would definitely hire Green & Trim again for my next landscape or hardscape project."

"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. "Called and got an estimate the same day no problems; note that quoting here isn't very formal but it was fine for the work they did and payment a breeze so good for me. The job then went fine - the masonry part of the job adding to the wall was well done (a little light on the clean up but nothing awful, just know ahead of time that you won't have a pristine job site). The pillars they added by the gate look OK and seem structurally sound but may have been slightly off in measurement for the gate, then their attempt at re-hanging of the gate was somewhat botched but they also didn't balk when I told them to stop attempting it and just not charge me for that. They actually told me up front this was something they normally didn't do so it is partially my fault for going ahead with it. The price seemed reasonable for the work. If I had another straightforward masonry job I would consider hiring them again."
