"I was pleased/relieved that one of the workers spoke English fairly well.  (Shamefully, after 34 years in Austin TX, my Spanish is still pathetically poor.)
They did a good job on the sprinkler system per se but the sod removal/replacement was poor.  Even after 1.5 months of regular watering, their "furrows" are still quite apparent.
