"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "I contacted Titan several months ago with an initial inquiry.  Lamar Laing came out and took measurements and discussed siding options with me.  Originally we had discussed sheet siding.  Lakeway no longer permits this siding option so we went with the 8 inch siding.  Lamar's siding estimate was within the range of what I expected in terms of price.  I was given a healthy discount because I found Titan on Angie's List.   Much of the siding that was replaced was on the second story.  Did I mention that the home has a tile roof!  The biggest challenge of this entire project was coordinating with the roofer and mother nature.  I might add the roofers were great as well.  I will review Austin Quality Roofing in another section.
Four to 6 feet of tile were removed on the second story so that the original siding could be removed.  Once the siding was off the Titan crew nailed OSB to the studs and, subsequently, covered with OSB with a weatherproofing material.  After the inspector approved this step the siding went on.  The installation was fastidious.  I kid you not I saw the installers using levels.  Every aspect of this job was done by the book.  I can't say enough about Mike Connors and everyone affiliated with Titan Siding.
Mike was here from day one and responded immediately to any and all concerns.  Fortunately we got the roof off, the siding on, and the roof replaced before the big rain storm that followed.
 My home looks magnificent.  There is not doubt in my mind that my $15k investment will easily be recovered off and when the home is sold.  Have no doubt if you need a job done Titan will do it right.

"Did our due diligence for solar.  Sunpro far surpassed all others.  All at the company were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - from first contact through installation & beyond.  Got the most panels for the price also.  They made the process seamless and no stress.  Communication is great.  They let you know what to expect, follow up immediately & every step of the way, & answer any questions.  Always easy to contact and could answer any question.  Website is full of all the info you need.  They also take care of everything - financing contact, energy company, permit, tax documents, inspection, etc.  Everything is done as promised & quickly.  They do such a great job there is no time to wonder what's happening next.  Installation team arrived as expected & worked continuously to completion.  Cleaned up so well you can't tell they were  here except for the panels on the roof.  Answered our questions & were polite & friendly.

One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.

"Another company said we needed our entire foundation repaired, but Baird actually did detailed measurements and determined only one section of our foundation needed repair. Worker were polite, professional, and unobtrusive. Work was completed quickly and the repairs did the trick.
