He found the problem quickly and offered to repair it that same day, as well as replace my roof vent, which had been damaged by strong winds. He quoted a very fair price. "Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Titan did a great job replacing the windows on our two-story home. It was super hot during the installation, so it took two days. Most of the new windows were double-sashed, so we can open them from the top or bottom. The windows were perfectly installed. The house was totally cleaned, inside and out, where the windows were installed. The owner came by and personally inspected each window before we gave them the payment. It's been almost 2 years since they were installed, they are still operating just like the day they were installed. Although we have not experienced any significant reduction in our utility bill, the direct heat reduction with the windows facing west is incredible. Additionally, the noise and dust reduction in our home is wonderful. I am really glad that we used Titan for our window replacement."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
