Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "The work was all done in one day. Seriously! They got here early and completely exchanged every window (and slider). We used vinyl windows, and they look very nice. "The windows were done in one day. The demolition of the bath area had been done a day ahead of that, and the studs & headers were replaced by the windows crew in the same day, though this was charged to a separate contract for my other work. I couldn't ask for better work on the windows. The French door ended up coming in on a separate schedule since it is made by a different company (Neuma). It's a beautiful door, and once again, the installation was done very well. I have saltillo tile in the living room where this door was installed and it had to be cut and removed back about 3" in order to fit the door. That was done taking care to blow all the dust outside and keeping my house clear of it. The door is stunning, and I'm very impressed with the windows portion of the work. The original estimate correctly anticipated the extra costs of tile cutting and other minor items."
