"I booked Mister Sparky through Home Advisor at which time I was showed an estimate of the work I needed to be done where I could pay upfront or not I opted not to pay upfront. I was contacted by Mister Sparky within 10 minutes the man scheduled a day and time for an electrician to come to my home to actually see what work needed to be done and he would do the work that day if I wanted it done if not I had to pay a $19.95 estimate fee. The electrician showed up on time he was nice he looked over the work I wanted to be done he gave me an estimate $250.00 over the estimate Home Advisor quoted me and I was supplying all the materials because I was going to do the work myself, but I could not due to a knee injury as I explained to the man when I scheduled the appointment. The electrician called his company explained the situation and stating that I booked them through Home Advisor at which time an estimate was quoted and then he changed the estimate to $41.00 higher then Home Advisor's estimate so I told him do the work. The electrician was thorough he cleaned up the debris after finishing the job. My advice to anyone is make sure you keep telling them you booked them through Home Advisor and how much the estimate was quoted by Home Advisor even though the company you book knows this because when they contact you they say I got your work request from Home Advisor. Just Beware!"

"He was very fast and efficient. Took him only a few minutes to install. I then remembered I had an outside electrical outlet that was loose. He said no problem and had it fixed in 5 minutes. It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge. The charge of $ 75.00 was very reasonable. I have been shocked before and let the professionals do the work.

"Ben and Luke arrived on time and went right to work analyzing the electrical problem. They changed the damaged receptacle and made sure the microwave was again up and running. In addition, they checked to ensure there was no damage to the electrical box in garage and wiring was adequate. Both were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. "AMAZING !! I contacted Clavier Electric for a 2nd opinion when the 1st company I called gave me an estimate of $8,624.00 to find and repair what was causing the power outage in my family room. I saw Clavier Electric was listed on Angi's List and had excellent reviews and called them. That call SAVED me $8,484.00. Yes, that is correct - $8,484.00. Justin and his helper found the problem immediately (something with a wire in a wall outlet); repaired it; then repaired a ceiling light fixture; and next, a guest bath light in a little over an hour. My home is an older lake home that has been remodeled and added on over the years making the electrical system much more complicated than a new construction would have been. I think Justin is an expert at solving complicated electrical problems related to housing, especially older homes. I feel so fortunate to have found Justin and Clavier Electric. They will be the first company I will call when I have any electrical problem in the future."

"I would highly recommend both Ryan Swartz and 3D Solar for a PV solar installation. I reviewed 5 Solar installation companies, 3D Solar was the best by far. 1) Customer Service and interactions: Outstanding. Sales pitch was informative and interactive, they sought to listen and answer any and all questions. All inquiries were handled professionally, thoughtfully, and quickly. 3D Solar worked to set our expectations in all aspects of the project, making sure we understood the capabilities, process and services being provided. 2) Products and Warrantees: Outstanding. The solar products they offered were highly regarded in the industry. They represented the latest proven, highly resilient, completely monitored, residential technology out-there, all 'standard' components which are easily found, replaced and serviced if necessary. In addition their Warrantees were second to none. Yes, their component warrantees were through the manufacturers, but their service warrantees are unique. Such as: 1) Roof replacement de-install and re-install feature, 2) 25 year roof leak protection, 3) Panel performance guarantee of 30 years. 3) Referrals: Outstanding. 3D Solar provided several local referral installations for us to see and talk with the owners. We were able to see the neat quality installation, and experience the satisfaction and confidence the owners had in the results. 4) Capacity and Cost: Outstanding. Each quote we received had different drivers for sizing the array, and different ways of explaining the proposed cost. We had to discover how to compare them 'apples to apples'. First, the assumed peak hours of sunshine varied between vendors. One of the quotes assumed a much higher number of peak hours than the others AND industry sources. This vendor in my opinion would have undersized the array, resulting in NOT meeting our goal of satisfying our TOTAL electric consumption. Second, I found that the installed cost per watt, was the best way to compare the costs between vendors. Although this was not my top criteria, it was important. 3D Solar provided the lowest cost per watt installed! Would we choose 3D Solar again? Absolutely! Would we agree to show our installation to others as a referral? Absolutely! Note: At this time our Solar Array has been in production a little over two weeks. It is performing as explained so far. I have no reason to believe it were change."

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
