"Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors over the years and AMERICAN HOUSE LLC is by far superior to all. Iâ m so pleased, that I hired them to replace my roof. Stay tuned."

"I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
