"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"Douglas was a pro. He completed my safe rack installation in my garage perfectly. He took his time and did a fantastic job. He took his time with all the measurements and made sure everything was straight and level. I highly recommend Douglas for your handyman projects."

"I was going to hire him for a few small jobs on my home. Some tile work, baseboards, toe kicks, install a shower door, fix a few holes in my drywall. Then I found out he is actually a GC. He painted my house and pony walls, my gates and a railing. Fixed all defects with my stucco, removed some security doors I had on my house. One of my friends said your house looks like one of those model homes a resort even! He even washed a slider window when done that a security door had been over and hadn't been washed in who knows how many years. I have already recommended him to others. I would and will use him and his guys again!"

"I cannot believe the incredible service and attention to detail Jason had as part of my project! Without his help II couldn't have sold my home as quickly as it did, or make the kind of money we did! We have a 50+ year home that looks every bit of that age. He knocked out punchlist item after punchlist item quicker than I could imagine!
