"I'm a property manager who is always looking for good service people and I highly recommend Flood Brothers. My first problem at a property was finding a plumber who would be able to replace a tankless heater as not all of them do. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate! "Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."
