"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Handyman – Reliable, Skilled, and Professional! I couldn’t be happier with the work Ian did for me! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to tackle everything on my list. Whether it was fixing drywall, installing shelves, or handling some tricky electrical work, he executed each task with precision and care. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he’s also professional, courteous, and honest—qualities that can be hard to find these days. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and even offered helpful maintenance tips for dealing with a leaky faucet. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, talented handyman who gets the job done right the first time, look no further! I’ll definitely be calling Ian again for any future home projects. Highly recommend!"

"I decided not to have the appliance repaired, but replaced"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Jordan and his crew did a great job installing our sod - he is very professional and easy to work with, highly recommended!"

"He came unprepared; got here by Uber; went to a neighbor?s house first; had to borrow our ladder as he forgot his extension for his washer and squeegee; forgot his phone; used my cell phone to try to contact Uber to see if he left his cell phone in the Uber car. He couldn?t connect with Uber; and my husband drove him back to where his vehicle was parked in another town. Some of the window screens weren?t replaced; we would not want him sent to us again."
