"When you spend a lot of money on a big project like these, replacing the roof, gutter and gutter guard, people often wonder about the cost, material, warranty, customer service, cleaning,additional work cost(labor/hour if needed)... To address these questions, I emailed 8 roofing companies and requested a quote from them. I chose HB roofing because Ricky, the owner, offered me: the next day quote with professional presented file including scope of work, preparation, material, cost, warranty, cleaning, options, payment... the lowest cost for replacing my roof and gutter with similar material warranty the highest workmanship warranty and the lowest, additional work cost(labor/hour if needed) After the work was done, I found a small part of the rotten fascia, and a tiny leak in my gutter, I contacted Ricky, and he promptly fixed them without charge. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Straight Forward pricing- We thoroughly inspect the property in order to include all work necessary in the base price. No surprises. 5. 100% satisfaction- We do not stop until you are happy. Period.
