Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

But I felt reassured by the thoroughness of the initial evaluation/estimate and seeing the drone footage of what needed to be done helped put my mind at ease. Although my initial inquiry was only for a new roof, having the same company paint as well proved to be a great decision. I'd also like to compliment both the roofing crew and the painters. They were all great to work with, neat, timely, kept me informed and went out of their way with extra touches that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about.
