"The person who is scheduled to service our area was very sloppy. He found every opportunity to avoid work. We requested ecolite to send someone else but they refused. We had requested that the rep should visit when someone is at home so that they could access part of the home that can be accessed only from inside. However, they sent someone while we were on vacation, did not do a good job (as usual), left the inaccessible parts untreated and charged us full amount. They refused to send someone over to finish the untreated portions. Very poor service overall."
