"I've used Brad several times now for my plaster repairs, and every time he is professional, affordable, and most importantly, an extremely fast and skilled contractor. We had HVAC installed, and so removed an old wall heater in our hallway, and also had the risers in one bathroom replace, leaving us with three small holes and one large hole in our 90 year old house's plaster. Brad was in the middle of a big job when I called, and took about a week and a half to come out for an estimate. This was fine, as I told him it was not a very urgent job. Once he came out, he took a quick look and gave me an estimate of 350 for the work. I was pleased that he was willing to take on a relatively small job, and he even was willing to work his schedule to come do it while my wife was already taking a day off from work. He came out and got the whole thing done in less than four hours, and left no mess behind. The work looks great, and as soon as we paint our hall nobody will know what happened. I've already recommended Brad to several friends who needed work done, and I would definitely hire him again. We have plans to do some stucco and plaster demolition in a year or so and he'll be one of the first contractors I call."
