"Once we agreed to go with JC Construction, they set a date to repair the roof.  On the agreed to date the come out and repaired the roof, but failed to tell us when they would be out to complete the interior work.  After several weeks, they called and set a date to do the interior repair.  They came out on that date and did the interior repair.  The quality of their work was very good, their initial response and repair was prompt and their crews were professional.  Our only issue was the uncertainty regarding the timing of the exterior and interior repair, which in hind sight, I probably could have prevented by contacting them more often."

There is a 4 hour minimum charge for service and John was ready, willing and able to use any left-over time (after our primary problem was fixed) to do additional handyman jobs. As a result we were able to have him repair a bathroom faucet, correct a problem with the sand/silt filter on our main waterline, as well as trouble-shoot and fix some outdoor lightning problems. He is very knowledgable and provides a lot of information that will help us maintan our home. He is fast, courteous and conscientious about his work.
