"ALF Plumbing technician Rolando arrived around 11:00 am as scheduled. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera. He did an excellent job!"

"I chose PDS Plumbing & Air in part because it is a veteran-owned business, which mattered to me as a retired Navy disabled veteran. I recently had six-month HVAC maintenance and a water heater flush done during the same visit. The next day, I found that I had no hot water. During the follow-up visit, we discovered the water heater had not been turned back on after service. Once it was turned on, it began making very loud banging sounds. I was also concerned that very little sediment seemed to come out during the flush. What further bothered me was that after the immediate issue was addressed, the conversation shifted toward upselling additional services, which felt inappropriate under the circumstances. I was not seeking a refund. I simply wanted to make the owner aware of my concerns, but I did not receive a response."
