"Jake and his team are very professional. Did a careful estimate beforehand . Was very responsive on when he would be able to return to complete the job . "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out.
