"On almost every occasion in which I have had to hire a Contractor, we have run into one issue or another, from small things, to large problems. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. The finish work was exceptional. The window (a large bay) looks like a natural part of our home, from the trim work to the beautiful shingles added to the outside. Everything they did was above & beyond our expectations."

"Initial consultation and estimate was great. I had windows installed at a good price, no surprises. Service was okay, I would like to have had work completed a little faster. Quality was less than what I expected. One window protruded into the house and displaced the molding around it and it wasn't caulked. These issues were addressed in a timely fashion, but I am finding a few small things here and there that were missed. I have a couple of screens that won't stay up and some others with gaps, and it's only been 1 week. Hugh and the crew were very nice. My windows look great, but I am kinda wishing I would've chosen another route."

"I found this company on Angie's List and after reading all the reviews of a few companies, I emailed Tony and he responded immediately.  He came to take a look at our floor and a small area I had a question about concerning mold.  He seemed very honest and up-front and the next time he came back he was able to speak to my husband also.  He suggested a better flooring for us, which we liked.  They measured the kitchen area and were trying to decide if the island needed to be moved. 
We believe the price was reasonable for the quality of the flooring we decided on.
The installers were great - & worked fast.  Everything they did was in a professional manner and done expertly.  When they put our range back, they noticed that it wasn't even, so they made sure that it was before they left.  Also, when they moved the island, they had found that one wire to the outlet was loose, so they tightened it.  If that hadn't been discovered, eventually there would be a problem and we would have to call an electrician.  We feel that we got 2 bonuses with this job!!
