He removed wallpaper popcorn ceiling, painted the entire bathroom, replaced rotten wood, laid vinyl flooring, replaced toilet, vanity lights. He also painted my front porch and did other small touch-ups in the house. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. His price was reasonable.
