""Mike and ProCrafters came to my home on a cold, wet and windy day and spent over an hour on my roof with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster was doing his best to deny my claim but Mike continued to fight for me. At the end the adjuster awarded us nearly 20 thousand dollars. I alerted my neighbors to the fact that we had had a hailstorm in the middle of the night. Not a single neighbor even knew they had damage. Mike helped dozens and dozens of my neighbors get new roofs and siding that without Mike their eligibility was about to expire. I don't know the total number of people that benefitted from Mike and ProCrafters but I think it was close to 100. We had a derecho shortly after he had replaced all those roofs and not one of the roofs he replaced lost a shingle. Other roofs that had been replaced had to be replaced again. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Calls were returned promptly.  A fee is charged for an estimate.  If you proceed with the estimated repairs, the estimate is credited against the total charges for the repairs.  The work was scheduled for a specific date and time and was completed exactly as promised.  The roof was shingled in 2001 and EJS found the exact shingles used so that the repair is entirely invisible.  The source of the leak turned out to be improper initial installation of the shingles around the vent stack by another roofing company.  All the interactions with EJS were professional and they let me know they stand behind the work they have done.  I would use this company again because of their obvious expertise, skill, dependability and courtesy. <br />"

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. We are happy with the product. <br /> BUT........the installation crew destroyed my neighbor's brick mailbox enclosure and did not even tell us or my neighbor that it occured. I have been trying to get someone with Ground Zero to return my calls for over a week now. NO RESPONSE from either a message left with a person who answered the phone at the main number and no response from an email sent to the contact on the Ground Zero home page. <br /> I will not recommend this company unless they do the right thing and repair / replace the property to its original condition to the satisfaction of my neighbor! <br /> <br />"
