They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The gentlemen from Superior Insulation discovered a missing piece of duct work that was causing air from the cold air return of our geothermal heating unit to be pulling air from the unconditioned attic space above our second floor bedrooms.  My husband installed the duct work.
They put blown in insulation above our family room, above our second floor bedrooms and on top of duct work inside knee walls running the length of the house and also did spray foam insulation around some small doors into knee walls.
