On that day, I called about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was affirmed that the service would come. Within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, a person came with professional equipment in a truck. He was very friendly and reassured that he would ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I asked him to clean the carpet underneath the staircase which was for storage as well. He offered to do that free.
