"Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. After choosing the style and manufacturer we wanted, we got quotes from three providers / installers. Prestige had the lowest quote, beating one competitor by about $500 and the other by nearly $2,000. The office personnel were congenial and helpful - setting up the order and determining scheduling were very quickly and easily accomplished. The individual sent to make the measurements was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing and patiently answered every question we had. He went into great detail about our options for corner shape, beveling, cutouts, and joints. The installers were also punctual. We were given a 4 hour window for their arrival and they showed up a few minutes before the earliest time stated. Their experience and professionalism were quite evident. They were precise in their cutting and alignment and used specialized equipment to hold the joints together while the adhesive cured. As a result, the seams are perfect - virtually invisible and blended in well with the countertop.
