"Ivan was super professional and patient. They showed up the same day, and took about two hours to properly install our 3 year old dishwasher after a total kitchen renovation. He was able to install the dishwasher, diagnose and repair a leaking line, find another leak in the air gap that an apprentice plumber had made, house all the electrical in a junction box since the wires were dangling from the bottom, and make many, many, many small adjustments to ensure the dishwasher looked good and was functioning properly. I've already messaged them to install my new fridge as well. There is a slight language barrier, but we figured it out in the end with beautiful results. Couldn't be happier!"

"Paul is very personable and did great work. I would recommend a formal estimate of costs first to work on and request a change order if he needs longer. We would ve liked to be the one to make that decision as the job was projected by Paul to take 4 hours and it understandably turned into 12. However we would ve like to decide if we wanted to exceed the amount of hours quoted as we had a budget for the work. Also we liked Paul a lot but we did ask him to wear a mask in our home as I am a high risk person for Covid 19 and he started with one and took it off midway through day 1. He should ve asked if that was ok before doing so. No complaints about the quality of work which was stellar."

For our first visit, two highly competent (and personable) technicians showed up and spent the day reviewing everything in our house that could possibly need maintenance or repair. We were astonished by how much they got done. For example, one of them even climbed onto the roof where they found and nailed down some loose shingles. They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. I was especially pleased that they replaced all the burnt-out overhead light bulbs, so now my husband won't have to climb onto a tall ladder.
