So generally how it works is this, it's $99 per appliance to come out and diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for the repair. We offer a automatic 1 year parts and labor warranty on replacement parts. We don't order parts from websites. We order all our replacement parts from reputable parts suppliers so we can warranty the original OEM parts installed.

My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
