Customer satisfaction is not on their agenda. Small mistakes started with their truck arriving at the neighbor's house, inaccurate scheduling, drilling a hole for electric cord in the wrong spot, leaving crawl space wide open, installing the wrong size pipe for the new stove. I had to hire a handyman who finally found the right segment of pipe to replace what they put out into my kitchen. The worst part for me was the manager's attitude at the end. They are too busy to care for their workers better training or customer satisfaction."
