"I called Tad from American Rose Garden last spring to discuss options to bring our lawn back to life as it was not looking the best! Tad arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He informed us of the pros and cons to option 1) re-seeding the entire lawn and option 2) laying sod. He kindly costed both methods out for us to help in our decision. After some consideration, we decided to have new sod laid and have the instant gratification of a nice lush green lawn. At the same time, we also had Tad and his team clean up the front and back yards, lay down fresh mulch and put in a few new shrubs. Tad’s team were polite and hard-working and they transformed our yard beyond recognition. Tad was rightly concerned with how our new lawn was going to get sufficient and regular watering, particularly with summer around the corner. He recommended getting an automatic timer and advised me about the type of sprinkler to buy and where to place it to ensure that all areas of the lawn would be watered. Tad later came back to install our new timer and help get our watering system set up correctly. Even though this took up most of his morning and involved a trip to the hardware store, he refused payment for this return visit. I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Tad and his team were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend American Rose Garden to anyone looking to rejuvenate their landscaping."

I had my sprinkler system installed 3 years ago love it I than had him come back and put in a sprinkler system for my sister plus outside lights for security and a retaining wall. "The technician showed up ahead of schedule and was very courteous and professional.  He attempted to start on the service but the water pressure was too low.  He was trying to troubleshoot the problem and determined the valves may be closed or I may have a broken line and informed me that he could return with the right equipment to help locate the valves.  He must've been there for an hour and a half and told me he will not charge me.  Although, if I allow them to come back then I will be charged for the inspection as well in which I didn't mind because I really needed my sprinklers to work.
Later that day, Brian contacted me and asked if he could stop by and check my irrigation system and I acknowledged.  He must've been there for almost two hours, I think, trying to find the problem.  To make a story short, this company went above and beyond to try and fix my irrigation system and I did not pay them at all for the 3 or so hours they were there.  Although the service was suppose to be a quick start up, I now have a bigger problem that they could not fix right away.  
I can only assume the terra lift restoration of my drain field was the result of my failing irrigation system.  A broken irrigation line was replaced prior to Brian's company coming out and he also recommended I talk to the septic company and the handyman that fixed the broken irrigation line. After all the communication with these folks, I still have a broken irrigation system and still looking for a company that can locate the problem and get my sprinklers working again.

"An absolute pleasure to work with Garden Shop Landscaping! Jose showed up on time for the initial appointment, provided a very reasonable bid for removing old lawn and replacing with sod. On the first day of work, David and his assistant arrived on time, and worked in the heavy rain, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, to remove the old lawn. Despite the rain and mud, driveway and sidewalks were clean. On the second day, they laid the new sod perfectly! Care was given to landscaping and irrigation system. Jose followed up each day to ensure I was satisfied and quickly responded to questions. These gentlemen are hard-working, timely, efficient, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. Customer satisfaction matters!"
