We use our in-house carpenters, stone masons, lighting/irrigation tech, and other landscaping craftsmen to ensure the best quality work that is implemented in a timely manner. By avoiding multiple subcontractors, we seamlessly complete projects that require multiple disciplines or facets without delays. Our craftsmen have been trained in the "Green Spaces Way". "The work they did is top notch, I love our patio and couldn't be happier with what they've done with the space. They did a lot of work for us over two months to build a patio and beautiful back yard. We love it. That said, our home is a 70+ year old house in Magnolia with concrete pipes. A year or so after they did the work we had a backup. After the plumbers came out they found that a section of the piping had been crushed by a large rock that had been set while they were regrading the area. The repairs were ~15k all said and done then. I contacted Ryan and he looked into their insurance covering it and they weren't going to do it out of pocket. I value my time more than money and I let it go, and Ryan had some guys come out and fix the area that had to be torn up for free, least they can do. Well after they were done the plumbers spotted another crushed section that lined up and should be 'okay'. Fast forward a year, it wasn't we had another backup. They cleared it and we just had it fixed with another 5k bill. Ryan had said they wouldn't do it for free but 'hours and material'. They didn't give me a quote I shrugged and assumed it would be a mornings worth of work. They came out and spent two days, and they just handed me a bill for another $3200, to clean up after damage they caused and I'm paying for."

It was a huge job, but we're so glad we did it. The floors look like a work of art. While doing the floors, Tall Pines also changed all our floor boards and interior trim around windows and doors to give our house a sharp new appearance and feel. The crew were a delight to work with and to have in our home. Late August while having some siding work and shingle replacement done on our exterior, rot was discovered in two areas. We called Tall Pines, and they quickly came out to the house, assessed the damage and repaired it before the rains set it. Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation.
