"I can't say enough good things about Yariel. We have used different contractors for remodeling condos for sale, but I will only use Yariel Bello going forward. He is detail conscious, creative with selecting products, and incredibly efficient. He finished an extensive remodel early, with everything completed beyond my expectations. His work included full bathroom remodel, painting, baseboards, doors, electrical, kitchen appliances, sinks, countertops, plumbing. If you are looking for someone to get a condo ready for sale, or to move in, look no further than Bello Home Solutions."

"Highly recommend to work with puget sound builder and renovation again"

"Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."

"We hired ProRab Construction & Remodeling to paint several rooms, and everything turned out clean and even. They showed up on time every day and finished faster than expected. Really solid work. Recommend!"

"I recently had my bathroom renovated, and I'm completely in love with the outcome! The tile work is gorgeous, and the new vanity is ideal. The entire process was stress-free because the team was on time and considerate of my personal space."

"I met with multiple contractors and Joe really stood out to me the most. He gave me the best price as well as did a great job and finished really quick! He did my ADU garage conversion, kitchen, bathroom, and living room! He even did a 3D design before starting the job to show me the final results. It came out great and I couldn t be happier! Looking forward to work with him and his team again and I definitely recommend!"

"Jesus at Above and and Beyond Painting and Remodeling is absolutely wonderful. Jesus came to my condo for a bathroom redo but I was so impressed with him I had him redo my entire condo. I can’t speak highly enough of Jesus, Rolando who works for Jesus and the vendors Jesus works with. Jesus transformed my plain kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities beautifully that they look like brand new high end cabinets. The new flat stock baseboards and trim Jesus installed really modernized my condo. Rolando did an immaculate job of painting my new door molding, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and doors. Jesus’ quartz countertop vendor did an amazing job and his tile vendors did a wonderful job on my entryway tile, bathtub surround and my fireplace. Jesus is great at listening to exactly what you want and coordinating vendors so your renovation keeps moving along. Throughout the process I kept adding more and more items and Jesus was always accommodating. If you want a contractor that is highly responsive, honest, keeps things moving along, that wants to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the work done and that is just a great person to work with, then Jesus is who you need to complete your home project. I will definitely use his company again for any future work and will refer him in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Jesus and his company. Thank you for making my home so beautiful!"

"I have had previous bathroom remodels with 12 Brothers Construction. They did a fantastic job, so I know who to call when I needed a r carpet replaced with LPV in a room. They also painted that room as well as changed lighting. It was done with careful attention to detail. They are easy to work with and have helpful suggestions. I will be having them come back in a few months to replace our deck."

"I highly recommend Value Max Construction for home remodeling. They finished our bathroom project and it looks beautiful! They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was great, they showed up when they said they would and paid close attention to details that could have led to problems later. The craftsman ship of the work was excellent. I would call on them again for our next project."
