"Tom did door frame repairs and some needed caulking for us. All came out looking nice. He has a good attitude and work ethic."

"It was a pleasure dealing with para home services. The pro arrived on time and completed the repair in a very short time. Highly recommend."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! We are already planning to hire them again, to do the trim in the kitchen, and replace a window in the garage that is broken. I highly recommend Jack, Isaac, and Josh."

"Very well; the refrigerator is working. We also had Handyman out again to repair stripping along two doors. Due to damage, he was able to straighten the door with new hinges, replaced the bottom wood insert, and new stripping - great job."

"They were prompt, punctual, and stuck to their bid.  They maintained a pristine work area over the week-long job period, and returned quickly to correct a problem that developed after they had finished.  A MUCH cheaper and less invasive solution for our windows compared to whole-window unit replacement.

"We got a response right away, after our call. The service couldn't have gone any better. We were told if the moss reappeared to give him a call. There is one skylight in the bathroom that he along with the roof."

"Shay did a fantastic job installing our new retractable awning. It looks great and he is a pleasure to work with. He’s reliable, prompt and reasonably priced. We had previously hired him to repair some stuck windows and we definitely recommend him."

"Have hired the Home a Team for about 4 years running to do gutter or roof cleaning. Have always had good experiences & our most recent experience maintained that trend. In December, we took advantage of one of their Fall Specials to have them remove leaves from our (steep, composite) roof, clean the gutters and (woot!) clean the 1st & 2nd fl. windows, solar tubes & skylights. Also apply a zinc phosphate moss treatment. Because it was December, owner Bob let me know that the work was dependent on above-freezing temperatures and, indeed, the week of our job, temps dropped so we rescheduled but that was all communicated clearly & easily. I was fine with that (the only person who needs to be scampering around my roof in the snow is Santa) and we just postponed things a week. (Home Team sends a PDF with comprehensive info on what to move, what to cover, etc. to prepare for roof and/or gutter cleaning, well in advance of the job). On the appointed day, Juan showed up right on time. He was friendly, conscientious and worked very hard all day. The roof looks great (thoroughly cleaned) the gutters flow freely and the windows & skylights are sparkling. While Juan was working on the back of the house, he noticed there a slippery film on our composite deck so offered to clean that off as well. It was a much appreciated bonus. The work was finished by early afternoon and Juan and I walked the yard to be sure I was satisfied. I was. Clean up was thorough. It was a good experience and I am happy to recommend the Home Team to others."

"I had a water leak in my ceiling that needed urgent attention. They came to inspect the damage and gave me a fair estimate. They were able to start the work the next day and finished it in a timely manner. They did an excellent job repairing the ceiling and matching the texture and color. They also cleaned up the mess and left everything perfect. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services."

"NW Home Improvement and Repair was the first to respond to my query regarding replacement of the bathroom fan. Work was completed with a week of the first contact. Ron was friendly and professional. He efficiently installed the new fan which I had purchased and left the area clean. I will definitely use this company again. Cos : $154"
